Analista de desenvolvimento - calibração de veículos Híbridos

  This challenge awaits you:

We develop functions for the vehicle powertrain, from requirements assessment to function validation. In modern powertrains, the focus is not only on classic combustion engines, but also on hybrid/electrified and purely electric configurations.

Your Tasks:

·      Functional development for powertrain controls on the topics of operating strategy, drivability, thermal management, energy management and predictive driving and assistance functions.

·      Identification of system functions at the interface between vehicle and drive

·      Work as proactively and proactively as possible

·      Affinity to programming languages (Python, Matlab, C++ etc.)

·      Good knowledge of English, German desirable

·      Development Process Topics:

o  Measurement data evaluation

o  Calibration

o  Feature development

·      Possible Technical Topics:

o  Torque and High Voltage Energy Management (including Charging) of PHEV/BEV

o  Thermal Management of ICE/PHEV 

   This speaks for you:

Necessary knowledge:

·      Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent with focus on thermodynamics/combustion engines or control engineering, alternatively qualification as technician with relevant work experience.

·      Demonstrated ability to understand complex electronic and mechanical systems

·      Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team and execute technical assignments with minimum direction

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Experience with powertrain calibration as applied to air system, fuel system, possibly aftertreatment system, transmission system

·      Familiarity and confident handling of common calibration / testing / evaluation software tools (e. g. INCA / CANalyzer)
